About Arc Dome Strategies

Arc Dome Strategies was founded by Caleb Cage in 2022. ADS brings Cage’s two decades of public sector leadership in a diverse number of fields and policy areas to develop strategies that lead directly to improving outcomes and accomplishing organizational goals. Although formed in Nevada, Arc Dome Strategies serves public and private entities in-state and around the country.

Cage’s experience includes organizational leadership, policy development and implementation, systems thinking and improving, and crisis management. Following his military service, Cage has worked in the areas of veterans and military affairs, education and workforce development, and emergency management and homeland security. He has led collaborative efforts resulting in strategic initiatives, collaborative partnerships, and comprehensive legislative reforms, all outcomes and relationships that Cage brings to his clients through ADS.

Arc Dome Strategies is named after the namesake peak of the Arc Dome Wilderness. Sitting near the geographic center of Nevada, the Arc Dome exemplifies the heart of Nevada, combining some of the state’s most beautiful landscapes and protecting some of its most vibrant ecosystems. ADS combines an appreciation for the state’s history of independence with an admiration for the resilience and ingenuity that allow its people, systems, and communities to thrive and to navigate the complexities and uncertainties of the future.
